As a retired RN I have observed the patient care and friendly behavior toward the residents as a visitor. The staff always try to satisfy their needs and make a positive atmosphere. The facility is beautiful and though it replaced the once stately Gulden estate it is a refreshing update.

I had a really positive experience with Netherbay. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell they take pride in what they do and treat everyone with respect and dignity.
The environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. What stood out the most was the level of compassion from the team—they go the extra mile to make sure people feel supported and at ease.

Netherbay is an amazing place. The staff is kind, professional, and really attentive to both residents and their families. The whole place has a warm, welcoming feel. The director of sales, Hannah, is amazing. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make sure families feel comfortable and supported. It’s a place I fully trust to take great care of their residents.

Choosing the right senior living community is both an emotional and a financial decision. Our team is here to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
As a monthly rental community, we offer the flexibility of an annual residency agreement without the large upfront entrance fee. Monthly apartment rates vary based on type, location, and features. You can view starting apartment prices on our floor plans page.
For residents in assisted living, monthly care fees are tiered and determined by a nurse assessment. In memory care, pricing is all-inclusive.
